Squadly Coach
Privacy Policy
Squadly is a free app for youth-soccer coaches for tracking playing time and managing lineups.
What Squadly stores
About you: your name, email, and an account ID. A phone number only if you add one.
About your team: what you enter — player names, jersey numbers, playing time, attendance, lineups, and game history; photos and parent contact info if you choose to add them; and the email address of any co-coach you invite.
Squadly does not collect location, contacts, browsing history, or usage analytics.
What we never do
No ads, no tracking or analytics SDKs, no selling or sharing data for marketing, and nothing you enter is used to train AI. Your data is used only to show it back to you and your co-coaches.
Where it lives and who can see it
Data is stored with Supabase (a hosted database service) on servers in the United States and encrypted in transit. Only the coaches on your team can see your team's data — enforced by database-level security rules. There are no public pages or shareable links to player data.
About players
Players never use Squadly — no logins, no screens for them. The coach decides what to enter and is responsible for any consent their league or parents require, especially for photos. Roster data is shown only to the team's coaches. Parents: to see or remove your child's info, ask the coach, or email eeshankhandelwal123@gmail.com.
Deleting your data
Settings → Delete Account in the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent: teams you head-coach are erased entirely — rosters, games, everything (the app warns you first if co-coaches lose access) — and teams you assist on remove you as a member. To remove a single player, use the Roster tab. If deletion fails, email eeshankhandelwal123@gmail.com.
Changes and contact
Material changes update the effective date above; significant changes are flagged in the app. Questions or requests: eeshankhandelwal123@gmail.com.
